ASF Waterproofing Specialists have developed a vast range of bespoke Leak Sealing & Waterproofing systems for every type of flooded Lift-pit and Motor Room over the past 15 years. It is these “tailor made” systems that enable us to bring our expertise to every project we undertake.
Having worked extensively on most of the capitals major Lift & Elevator projects we are aware of what is required of a specialist subcontractor, and being based in Dartford with easy access to the M25 and all major motorways means that we are able to mobilise at short notice and operate nationwide throughout the UK.
Our Waterproofing Technicians are fully trained for every system that they are required to install and hold the appropriate CSCS qualification whilst our Waterproofing Supervisors are competent to SSSTS Level.
Day Works – Night Works – Out of Hours – Weekend Works and Public Holiday Works. We have systems in place to accommodate and cooperate with any constraint that may arise.
As if that’s not enough we also give a Ten-Year Warranty on all lift-pits where our particular system is utilised!
